§ 04 / Working notes
Three things I keep returning to.
A short list. Hardly original — but useful to have written down.
i.

Shipped beats perfect.

Ideas are worthless; execution is everything. Every idea sitting in your head is software that doesn't exist yet. Ship it, then iterate.

ii.

Start from the user's pain.

The best products solve real problems. Before writing the first line of code, ask: who needs this, and why? The answer shapes everything.

iii.

Technology is a means, not an end.

Choose the right tool for the problem, not the newest shiny thing. Flutter, Next.js, Supabase — they're all just means to an end.
